East 162nd Street Court

East 162nd Street Court is a 12 story, 135,000 sf. building with 126 apartments (30 studio, 34 one-bedroom, 41 two-bedroom and 20 three-bedroom + one super’s unit). It will include housing for formerly homeless families earning under 30% of AMI (37 units), low income individuals and families earning under 60% of AMI (69 units), and moderate income households earning under 90% of AMI (19 units).

Amenities such as community room, computer lab, exercise room, laundry room, and recreational space will be provided. The building will comply with NYSERDA and Enterprise Green Communities program standards, with energy-efficient appliances, a large photovoltaic solar array, a green roof and other green features.

Jericho Walton is a 10 story, 53,000 sf. building with 90 apartments, including 89 studios – 56 for homeless veterans and 33 for young adults leaving temporary supportive housing – and one super’s unit. All residents will qualify as formerly homeless low income households.

The building will include a community room with kitchenette, computer lab and library, exercise room, laundry room, and landscaped outdoor space. Jericho Walton will have energy-efficient appliances and comply with NYSERDA and Enterprise Green Communities program standards.

Kingsbridge Heights Apartments

Kingsbridge Heights is a 13 story, 150,000 sf. building with 136 apartments (32 studio, 35 one-bedroom, 44 two-bedroom and 24 three-bedroom + one super’s unit), 1,200 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor and 17 off-street parking spaces.  Kingsbridge Heights will include housing for formerly homeless families earning under 30% of AMI (40 units), low income individuals and families earning under 60% of AMI (70 units), and moderate income households earning under 85% of AMI (25 units).

The building will include a community room with kitchenette, computer lab and library, exercise room, laundry room, and landscaped outdoor space.
